12-26-2011

Brylee has had a wonderful birthday. He was surprised with a birthday party at school. Then we went to my grandmothers for the weekend and celebrated again with family.  Our holidays have also been wonderful being with family and having Brylee home has been our dream come true. He made his appearance as baby Jesus in our family Christmas story reading along with Anna as Mary.  Brylee is doing well; we have met with some new doctors that are scheduling some test for Brylee. They want to determine why he still needs oxygen. We have seemed to have taken a step back with oxygen but hopefully we will find out why and how to correct it. Happy Holidays to you all.

Brylee is doing very well. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving visiting with family and friends. He is really enjoying getting to know his cousins. He likes watching them play and he tracks his cousins Kiran’s every move. It is hard to believe but we are coming up on a year, yes Brylee’s birthday is the 16th. What a wonderful joyous occasion!!! We will be celebrating his birthday in Macon. It is my grandmothers Christmas weekend. It's hard to believe how far we have come this year. We have a new video of Brylee swinging at the park on u tube.

Halloween

Brylee had a wonderful first Halloween. He had two costumes a Skelton sweat suit that his grandma got him long before he was even born. And he also had a monkey costume that was his cousins. We had a lot of fun carving a pumpkin and taking him to the neighbors to trick-or-treat. Brylee’s health is still holding steady. His lungs are getting stronger we have been able to take him off the oxygen for an hour or two at a time. We are very excited about this and hoping that the oxygen will be a thing of the past soon.

Brylee

We have finally got Brylee's blog going. We hope this is a way for everyone to keep up with Brylee's progress. Recently he got bronchitis he is still fighting this off, but doing much better. Brylee got to spend a few days with his Nana and Papa because he wasn't well enough to go to school. Nana dove right in with administering meds, feeds, and taking care of the entire complex ways of Brylee. Nana rocks!!!!!!!!! Brylee is still on oxygen, we were able to take it off for pictures and baths but the bronchitis has made us a little more dependent on the o2 again. We will work our way back as he gets better.
