Hi everyone Brylee is doing well. Since he had his adenoids out back in March his oxygen levels have improved significantly. We have been cleared to take him off oxygen. Even at night! We are so excited to achieve this milestone. Brylee continues to reach other milestones as well. He is getting where he wants to go by rolling and scooting all over the room. He will call out “mama” if someone is holding him and he wants to come back to us. He has 5 teeth on the top and 3 on the bottom. They are sharp and he loves to try them out on anything that enters his mouth, even our fingers! His therapy sessions are going well and his therapists are pleased with his progress.

Hi, Brylee is doing well. He had surgery Monday to get his adenoids taken out, all went well. We are hoping that this will open up his airway and allow him to come off the oxygen. He is also growing and has finally hit the growth chart.  He is 16 lbs. and 27 inches long at 15 1/2 months. WAHOOO! We are so proud of our little man! He is rolling all over the place and really going after the things he wants. He can sit up by himself for a short period of time to play with a toy placed in front of him. All his labs have been coming back stable, his kidney doctors are very happy with where he is.

Hi, Brylee is doing well!! He is holding steady with his health. Because he is doing so well his doctors have allowed us to go to once a month labs. We are very excited about this for him. He is still on oxygen but has spent the day time off of it this weekend. His doctors have scheduled some test trying to find out why he is still needing O2. He had a heart ultrasound which came back that his heart is very strong! He had a PH probe test which determines how much reflux he might be having; it came back showing only one episode of reflux. We still have two more tests to go through, a sleep study and a triple scope. We should have this complete by the end of the month.
This Christmas, grandma spoiled him rotten with the help of his aunt Debbie and cousin Jessie. Brylee got to spend some time with his sisters, and we got new family pictures. Everyone looks great and it is a thrill to have Brylee is the pictures.

Brylee has had a wonderful birthday. He was surprised with a birthday party at school. Then we went to my grandmothers for the weekend and celebrated again with family.  Our holidays have also been wonderful being with family and having Brylee home has been our dream come true. He made his appearance as baby Jesus in our family Christmas story reading along with Anna as Mary.  Brylee is doing well; we have met with some new doctors that are scheduling some test for Brylee. They want to determine why he still needs oxygen. We have seemed to have taken a step back with oxygen but hopefully we will find out why and how to correct it. Happy Holidays to you all.

Brylee is doing very well. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving visiting with family and friends. He is really enjoying getting to know his cousins. He likes watching them play and he tracks his cousins Kiran’s every move. It is hard to believe but we are coming up on a year, yes Brylee’s birthday is the 16th. What a wonderful joyous occasion!!! We will be celebrating his birthday in Macon. It is my grandmothers Christmas weekend. It's hard to believe how far we have come this year. We have a new video of Brylee swinging at the park on u tube.

Halloween

Brylee had a wonderful first Halloween. He had two costumes a Skelton sweat suit that his grandma got him long before he was even born. And he also had a monkey costume that was his cousins. We had a lot of fun carving a pumpkin and taking him to the neighbors to trick-or-treat. Brylee’s health is still holding steady. His lungs are getting stronger we have been able to take him off the oxygen for an hour or two at a time. We are very excited about this and hoping that the oxygen will be a thing of the past soon.

Brylee

We have finally got Brylee's blog going. We hope this is a way for everyone to keep up with Brylee's progress. Recently he got bronchitis he is still fighting this off, but doing much better. Brylee got to spend a few days with his Nana and Papa because he wasn't well enough to go to school. Nana dove right in with administering meds, feeds, and taking care of the entire complex ways of Brylee. Nana rocks!!!!!!!!! Brylee is still on oxygen, we were able to take it off for pictures and baths but the bronchitis has made us a little more dependent on the o2 again. We will work our way back as he gets better.
